We have pleasure in presenting a selection of updates from the Women’s Ice Skating Short Program, on 17/02/2026, where there was elation for some, and tears and heartbreak for others! Congratulations to Ami Nakai who delivered a score of 78.71 in the women’s short program at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, finishing first ahead of Kaori Sakamoto and Alysa Liu. Julia Sauter scored 63.13 points after the short program and also qualified for the free program. Bravo, Julia!
